Our clinician John graduated from George Brown College in 2012 with an advanced diploma in Hearing Instrument Specialist Program.

John has worked in various types of clinical settings including ENT clinics, private hearing centres, and senior homes. He is also certified in cerumen (ear wax) management since 2015. As a member of AHIP, John maintains in good standing with his association. His main specialty include hearing testing for adults, dispensing and repairing hearing aids, making custom-made ear products, and counselling for hearing loss. John strives to find the best solution for his patients and is always up to date with the latest technology in hearing products and testing.

Being a tri-lingual clinician, John is able to help his patients in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. With customer service as his priority, he creates a pressure free and casual environment so that patients can have a positive experience at their appointments.
